Tekirova is a small Turkish beach village in the Kemer region. The beaches in the village are clean and well maintained. The village has a Blue Flag mark, which means that all the beaches here have been certified.
Tekirova Beach has clear water, white sand, and a fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the waves, and the company of friends and family.
The sea in Tekirova, as well as in all the environs of Kemer, is clean and transparent. The coastal strip is wide and comfortable, and the view of the pine-covered mountains is mesmerizing.
The seabed is flat and gently sloping, so swimming will only bring pleasure.

Summer in Tekirova lasts from late April to mid-October. The swimming season has different boundaries – from late May to November. And the best months for sun and sea baths are June, September, and the first half of October.
Usually, the first tourists appear in Tekirova in the May holidays. At this time, the air temperature is + 20-24 ° С, the sea temperature is about + 20-21 ° С. Within a month, the air warms up to + 25-28 ° С, and the water up to + 22-23 ° С.
In June, it is already quite comfortable to relax with your child on the beach. Thermometers show + 25-30 ° С, the sea very quickly warms up to + 25-27 ° С.
During July-August, the water near the Tekirova coast has time to warm up to + 28-30 ° С. But because of the heat up to + 36 ° C and high humidity, this is not the best time to travel with children.
September is again a great time to travel. Air humidity decreases, the temperature drops to + 25-30 ° С, and the sea keeps the temperature + 27-29 ° С.
In October, the rest can also be successful, although it rains in the second half of the month. The air temperature ranges from + 20 ° С to + 28 ° С, the sea gradually cools down to + 24 ° С.

Some people feel that the water at Tekirova Beach is too warm in August.

How to get to the Tekirova
There are several ways to get to Tekirova in Kemer from Antalya: by bus, taxi, and by car.
Buses to Tekirova run from the bus station. You need the one with the name Antalya – Kemer – Çamyuva – Phaselis – Tekirova on the windshield. He will reach the village in 1.5 hours. The fare is about $ 6 (21.5 Turkish Lira). A bus ticket can be purchased at the bus station ticket office or from the driver. All buses are comfortable – there will be air conditioning in the cabin, as well as a place to carry bulky luggage. You can take a bus before reaching the bus station, for example, in the Migros 5 M area, but then there is a high probability of standing up.
You can rent a car, then the way from Antalya to Tekirova will take you no more than 70 minutes. The rental price starts from 13 euros per hour and decreases depending on the rental period – the longer, the cheaper.
