Pandawa Beach Vacation & Travel Guide

Packing your bags for a trip to Bali? Don't forget to add Pandawa Beach to your itinerary!

This hidden gem is located in the Southern part of the island and is often overlooked by visitors. But those who take the time to explore this beautiful spot are rewarded with stunning white sand beaches, crystal clear blue waters, and views of the nearby cliffs.

There are several ways to reach Pandawa Beach, but the most popular is to drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport. The journey takes around 45 minutes and is definitely worth the effort.

Once you arrive at the beach, you'll find plenty of relaxing places and soak up the sun. There are also a few warungs (local cafes) where you can enjoy refreshing coconut water or Bintang beer.

If you're feeling energetic, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. The waves here are perfect for surfing, and there are also several spots for snorkeling and diving.

When you're ready to head back to your hotel, you'll have some great memories (and photos!) of your time at Pandawa Beach.

How to get to the Pandawa

The canyon in the rocks is the only road to the Pandava, created several years ago for the development of tourism in the region.

Tourist buses go to the beach (organized, only for groups), there is no regular transport. A budget way to get there on your own is to rent a scooter. It will be close and convenient to get from Nusa Dua – the distance is no more than 7 km. From the airport – 17 km, from the central beach of Kuta – almost 20 km.

You can order a transfer or a taxi to the beach, but in the opposite direction, the trip in this case will cost more, as local taxi drivers have inflated prices.

Entry to Pandava Beach – 15000 IDR, you need to pay on the way back.

Pandawa Beach Weather

The air temperature can reach 31 ° C in coastal areas, and drop slightly as you move inland, for example to the North. The best time to relax in Bali is from April to October, with occasional rains, an average air temperature of +28, and moderate humidity. But important information for everyone! Do not think that during the “wet” season you should not go to rest in Bali. From November to March, it rains preferably at night, and does not interfere with rest at all. So you can safely choose any of the months of the year and not be afraid of rainy weather. The rest in Bali is wonderful at any time of the year!
