Playa Islantilla Beach Vacation & Travel Guide

Playa Islantilla is a popular beach in Spain, located in the province of Cádiz. It is a popular vacation spot because it is a popular destination for surfers. The water is murky, and there is a mix of sand and rocks.

Playa Islantilla is a beach on the Mediterranean coast in southern Spain. The beach is popular with tourists, and it is connected to the town of Nerja by a railway. The water is shallow and the sand is coarse and golden.

Only a strip of shallow dunes separates this beach from the holiday resort of Islantilla – and thus, despite its central location, preserves a very relaxed and natural atmosphere.

Thanks to its spaciousness, this place does not seem to be overcrowded, even during the summer holidays, when numerous visitors stream over the wooden walkways to the water.

Islantilla is mainly characterized by holiday resorts and is part of a densely built-up coastal area in western Andalusia. To the west, it emerges directly into the small town of Urbasur, to the east, the lively tourist center La Antilla joins. It is about 40 km from Huelva. If you are not staying in one of the surrounding hotels and apartments, you will find parking for your car in the streets of the village.
