Moonlight Beach is located south of the Turkiz Marina in Kemer, which separates it from the city’s main beach, Kemer Beach. It is located in Moonlight Park – the most popular holiday destination for tourists and residents of Kemer. On the south side, Moonlight Beach is bordered by Calista Beach. The beach got its poetic name in honor of the bay of the same name, along which it stretches. It begins at the harbor’s eastern end and extends more than 600 m to the southeast.
Moonlight differs from other beaches in its natural features. It is covered with sand and small shells, which are rare for the beaches of Kemer. The seawater is very clean and transparent, with an extraordinary bright blue hue. Thanks to this, Moonlight Beach was awarded the Blue Flag – a quality certificate, which confirms that the coastal strip is absolutely safe for swimming and relaxation and is also distinguished by its cleanliness and livability.
At Moonlight Beach, there is a protected area of nature, which is located between the shore and the first row of buildings. This is the main reason why Moonlight Beach attracts many families with children. There are many rocks and rocks in the sea, creating a unique landscape, and, in the distance, you can often see dolphins and sea lions.
The beach is lined with restaurants and cafes, which are open from early morning. They offer delicious and varied dishes, which will surely satisfy the most demanding gourmets. The beach is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure and a wide pedestrian promenade, making it possible to walk to Calista Beach and the Turkiz Marina.

The beach season at Moonlight Beach, like the rest of the resort, begins in early May. At this time, the sea warms up to +20 ° C. The active bathing season starts in mid-May when the water temperature rises by 2-3 ° C. The hottest months are July and August. During this period, the Mediterranean Sea warms up to +28 ° C. The water resembles fresh milk, and the air temperature fluctuates between + 38–40 ° C. Swimming in the sea does not save you from the heat. The heat subsides in September, the water temperature drops to +26 ° C. The last bathing month is October, then the beach season closes.

How to get to the Moonlight
The nearest airport to Kemer is located in Antalya, about 45 km away. You can get there by dolmush – Turkish minibuses. They can also take you to the center of Kemer. The big stop is at the clock tower and the closest to the beach is at Kemer Marina. Dolmush stops are marked with “D” pillars.
Moonlight beach is easy to find, it is located near the center. The port serves as a reference point, and any local resident can suggest the way to it. To get to the beach, you need to walk through Moonlight Park. It is just over 100 meters from the port. The entrance to the park is easy to recognize: it is made in the form of a small tower with an arch-shaped gate. The way from the center of Kemer to the park takes about 20 minutes.
You can also get to the beach by taxi. There is a taxi rank in the city center – on the square near the clock tower. The car can be called using the yellow buttons on the poles that are located throughout Kemer. If necessary, a taxi can be called by the hotel staff. It will take you to the entrance to the Moonlight Park.

You can eat right on Moonlight Beach. The bar offers fast food and a variety of refreshing drinks. And if you want to have a hearty lunch and sit company, you can go to Moonlight Park, where there are restaurants and cafes with a menu for every taste – from Turkish to international dishes. Moonlight Beach has showers and toilets.
