Mackenzie Beach is located northeast of Larnaca International Airport. To the east is Salt Lake, where pink flamingos arrive. This is one of the two most significant beaches in Larnaca (the second stretches along the promenade of Finikoudes).

How to get:
To get from Larnaca Airport to Mackenzie Beach and nearby hotels, take bus 425. Ask the driver to stop at Mackenzie when boarding the bus. At the desired stop (3rd in a row from the airport), the driver will warn you that you need to get off. You can get to the beach on the same bus from the city center. The ticket price is 1.5 euros.
You can also order an airport transfer via the Internet in advance. The driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Travel time is 15 minutes. The cost of the trip is 12 euros. If you go from the opposite side, from the central part of the city, then you can get to Mackenzie Beach on foot, moving along the promenade from the center of Larnaca. Travel time will be 30-40 minutes. Some people get here by car, which can be parked in a paid parking lot.
